- Buy fractional shares — own a slice of high-priced stocks with small amounts

Frequently asked questions
Still unsure? Our advisors are happy to explain anything — no jargon, no pressure.
Is it legal for Indians to invest in US stocks?
Yes. Under RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS), resident individuals can remit up to USD 250,000 per financial year for permitted purposes, including overseas investments.
Is TCS applicable on remittance?
Tax Collected at Source may apply on LRS remittances above the prescribed threshold. It can be adjusted against your income tax liability. Rates change, so check current rules with us.
How are US stock gains taxed in India?
Gains are taxed in India as capital gains on foreign assets. US dividends are taxed in the US at source (with DTAA credit available in India). Foreign holdings must be disclosed in your ITR.
Can I invest small amounts?
Yes — fractional investing allows you to start with small amounts and buy partial shares of companies like Amazon or Alphabet.
Can I use my existing Demat account?
US stocks are held with an overseas broker/custodian partner, separate from your Indian Demat. We help you set it up alongside your existing account.
